Refunds & cancellations

These rules apply to paid Appbranchhub training seats and coaching sessions confirmed in writing. Website prices are informational; invoices are issued after confirmation. No checkout runs on this website.

Eligibility

Full or partial refunds apply only to fees you have already paid for a confirmed seat or coaching slot. Inquiries and waitlist placements without payment are not refundable because no fee was collected.

Timeframe for cancellation by the participant

• 14 or more days before the first session: full refund of the program fee paid, minus any non-refundable materials charge disclosed at booking.
• 6–13 days before the first session: 50% refund of the program fee paid.
• 5 days or fewer, or after the program has started: no refund of the program fee, except where Appbranchhub cancels or a medical exception is approved in writing.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds return the program fee when cancellation meets the 14-day window or when Appbranchhub cancels a cohort and you decline a transfer. Partial refunds apply in the 6–13 day window or when only unused coaching sessions remain after a mutually agreed early stop.

Non-refundable items

• Printed workbook packs already produced for a named participant after the materials cut-off date stated in the confirmation email.
• Third-party venue fees that Appbranchhub paid on your behalf when a private cohort is held off-site (disclosed at booking).
• Completed 1:1 coaching sessions that already occurred.

Deposits

Some multi-day studios require a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits are applied to the program fee. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows as the full fee unless the confirmation email states a different deposit rule.

Rescheduling

You may request one free transfer to a later published cohort of the same format if seats remain and you notify us at least 7 days before the original start. Further transfers may be refused or treated as a cancellation under the windows above.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is issued for missed days of a multi-day studio once the program has begun.

Work already started

If a studio, lab, or clinic has held its first facilitated session, fees for that engagement are non-refundable. For coaching packages, unused future sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel at least 48 hours before the next booked slot.

Purchased materials

Personal worksheets you completed remain yours. Unused sealed workbook kits returned unopened before the first session may be credited if we can restock them; opened kits are non-refundable.

Refund process & timing

Email studio@appbranchhub.click or call (84-8) 8947499 with your booking reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

Appbranchhub cancellations

If we cancel a date, you may transfer to another published seat at no charge or receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement, including any materials fee not yet spent.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies and force majeure may qualify for a goodwill transfer or partial refund at Appbranchhub’s discretion. Training does not include product shipments, software licenses, or subscription services — those models are outside this policy.
